Once you place an order online, our system processes the order immediately and puts your images into the print queue. While our printers are running all the time, most often prints get printed very quickly. Due to the nature of our customized items, once an order is submitted and begins the print process, it is not possible to make changes or cancellations.
Rarely, our team might be able to catch something if we are contacted soon enough however, please keep in mind that this is usually a rare case. Even if we are contacted right away, it is not usually possible to pull an order before it prints. We will try our best to accommodate your situation, but as mentioned above our system, processes and procedures do not allow for items to be changed or cancelled once they have been printed.
